This summer, four young men will climb all 283 Munros over a 49 day period to raise money for DecAid – marking the 10th anniversary of the conflict in Afghanistan. DecAid will be donating all funding raised by this mission to 3 charities for current and past service personnel and their families; you too can join this mission in a number of ways, you can climb, donate or sponsor a Munro, all of which can be done directly through this website. Option 1: Sponsor a Munro

A person, family or company can 'Sponsor a Munro' and it costs £150 to do so, to become a Sponsor, go to Route Page, select a Munro you'd like to sponsor and fill out the form.

Option 2: Climb a Munro

If you simply want to climb a Munro and generate donations with family, friends and colleagues, check out the Route Pages and choose the Munro you wish to climb.

DecAid is a national, charity appeal that is being run by a group of young people to raise money for three service charities that support current and ex-service personnel, and their families, on the 10th anniversary of the start of the conflict in Afghanistan.

The Munro Mission is the headline event that the DecAid team are organising to take place this summer.
